Our Clinical Treatment Strategy, Modality and Levels of Care

Our Model of Treatment

Medically-based Treatments, Comprehensive Care

Treatment Interventions at Jade Recovery are medically-based and conducted by an interdisciplinary staff to insure care is comprehensive and integrated. Staff consists of physicians, nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, mental health clinicians, yoga instructors, nutritionists and certified addiction counselors.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) will be used in combination with counseling services to treat the “whole” person and provide stability. This approach helps patients address issues that may be negatively impacting their recovery goals. MAT interventions include Buprenorphine and Naloxone.

Information will be provided to all patients as a foundation for understanding their care. Standardized curricula will encompass concepts related to addiction, health and wellness, mental health and harm reduction.

Therapeutic, Evidenced-Based Practices

Therapy provided by Jade Recovery will follow industry leading standards of care based on research specific to the population served. These evidenced-based models include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Seeking Safety, EMDR and Trauma Informed Care.

The Levels of Care We Offer

Partial Hospitalization Treatment

Our Partial Hospitalization Program is a daily 6-hour intensive day program of group and individual therapy. This is only recommended on a case-by-case basis based on patient need.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment

We also offer a daily 3 to 4-hour morning, afternoon and evening outpatient program. This program varies between 3 to 5 days a week depending on patient need. We try to transition our clients from our day program to our evening program as treatment progresses.

Outpatient Treatment

We offer both onsite and secure telecounseling offsite outpatient services to our clients. We believe continuing support and meetings are crucial to successful recovery. We work with our patients to step down from twice a week to once a month over several months. Our alumni program allows for more meaningful evening groups and community support.

After-Care Support

We believe successful treatment takes time and support. We feature an extended after-care program where you’ll work with the same therapist from treatment.  You’ll receive routine help and guidance either on-site or through our private and secure telehealth platform. Our participants become part of our alumni community, and we encourage participation, community support, and activism for long-term success.
